In the heart of the Tuscan land, close to many artistic towns, to the sea and to the mountain, Villa Montaperti is the perfect destination for your holidays. From its sunny and peaceful position it is possible to admire the wonderful landscape of Florence and Siena countrysides. This beautiful and spacious villa, which once belonged to the aristocratic family Leonori Cecina, is situated on a hilltop and has been renovated by the owners with extreme care. A few metres from the Villa there are a cellar, a tavern where guests can sample the excellent Tuscan wines and a restroom. It is a 3-storey building, with floors in fired bricks, a sober atmosphere and some restored old furniture.On the ground floor there are the reception, the hall, a large kitchen with a large and charming fireplace, the warehouse, 2 small bathrooms and two bedrooms with one shared bathroom. The first and on the second floor have 5 double bedrooms, four with private bathroom and one with external private bathroom. The rooms are extremely spacious, between 20 and 30 s.m.; all the bathrooms have a shower.<br>
