The house has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with a double sofa bed. As needed we can add a crib. We have two calm dog that are accustomed to strangers and above all to children, because of this it is impossible to allow animals to be brought, but if they are small and can stay inside the house we can negotiate.The house also has a big furnished garden, with a beach umbrella, some deckchairs and a table. There is also a yard with toys facilities and a swimming pool for children. Thanks to the presence of sulphuric thermal springs boasting the best water, there are two hot spring baths in Viterbo. The landscape, passing over hills cultivated with olive trees and grape vines, descends sweetly from the modest heights of Mountains Cimini, Volsini, and Sabatini, which are covered with forests of chestnuts, oak, beech, and hornbeam trees, to the coastal area of Maremma, clothed with the lush mantle of the Mediterranean vegetation. There are a lot of particular village like Civita di Bagnoregio, situated on a clay hill with a church built in 1400, or Caprarola with its beautifull Farnese Palace. You can visit a lot of Etruscan sites in Tarquinia, Tuscania, Cerveteri and Vulci. Viterbo is 120 km from Siena and 40 km from Umbria: Assisi, Perugia, Todi, and Orvieto are very near. Florence and Naples are 170 km away as well. <br>
