Located in the historical university district of Veronetta, the residence is just at 10 minutes walking from the Arena di Verona, the most famous open-air theater in the world, and from the shopping center of Piazza Brà. The house dates to the early 1800s and is totally restored. The apartments are designed in a rational and pleasing way using, whenever possible, original materials. In the immediate vicinity there are a number of typical inns and bars, a supermarket, a gym and a public Internet point. We are well connected to the public transport system in direction of the historic city center and the district Veronetta, so you don't need your car to visit even the remotest areas of the city.
