Situated just a few blocks from ponte di Rialto (Rialto Bridge), and Grand Canal, at only five minute walk to San Marcos Square, near fish and vegetables market, in the heart of commercial area and of oldest Venice, the apartment is within the "Palazzetto trecentesco, dei Sansoni, con finestre trilobate, scudo gotico con cimiero e cornice bizantina del IX sec."("Sansonis fourteenth century palace with trefoiled arched windows, a gothic shield with a Byzantine crest and framework of the ninth century")(Giulio Lorenzettis guide book " Venezia e il suo estuario" page 468-V11- Rialto). The historical front of home is on the "Rio delle beccherie". The apartment is on the second floor, facing Campiello dei Sansoni, a typical Venetian campo(square) with a small canal at the edge that takes you to Rialto. This apartment is completely furnished. The apartment consists of an entrance-living room ( with double sofa-bed), living room, a kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, a bedroom ( with a choice of double-bed; or double and 1 or 2 single bed; or 3 separated bed; or 4 separated bed) and a bathroom with a bath and hairdryer. Heating is autonomous. During the summer months the apartment is provided with air conditioning. The apartment comes completely supplied with: something for breakfast of the first day, all bathroom and bedroom linen,(bedsheets, pillows, blankets/quilts, and towels.) ______________ Secondary services upon request, during your stay, includes: - to do a shopping for you, before your arrive ( fruits, bread and more for the first day); - cleaning service; - change of bed and bad linen; - babysittering; - the possibility of a convention for dinning at a restaurant or a pizzeria for lunch or dinner; excursions to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello; gondola tours; guided tours around the city; and cleaning services in the apartment during your stay. <br>
