There is a public boat stop just in front of the apartment. This is a typical venetian quarter with local shops,market,stalls,”bacari” and old “osterie”. The house,with a floor space of 100 sq.metres,has 3 floors,and over looks the cannaregiio canal and the Guglie bridge. On the grand floor there is a large kitchen with every convenience: fridge,oven,washing machine; a large dining-room and a bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a very sunny livingroom with a view of the canal;a bathroom with shower,a bedroom with 2 singol beds and a big wardrobe. On the 2nd floor there is a loft/ double bedroom with a kingsizebed,wardrobe and bookcase.It is a glass roof. The house is equipped with high quality antique and modern furniture. There is a central heating.Including: bedlinens,towels and crockeries. <br>
