The words are not enough to describe the beauty of this rustic villa, refined in all the details and supplied with modern conforts. Immerged in a very quite atmosphere, among the hills of Massa Lubrense, overlooking the Gulf, at 10 min. from the town centre and at 15 min. from the amazing Nerano Baia. The villa: The house is dotated of 2 entrances, one on the garden side and the other on the street side. The house is on 2 levels: on the first floor there is the living room with a sofa bed, fireplace, and panoramic terrace; it is connected with the kitchen with refined in English style a large table. On the second floor there are 2 double rooms with parquet flooring. The biggest room has a wonderful panoramic window. The 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor, are decorated with Vietri hand-painted tiles. Services: Double independent entrances, central heating, 2 tv-sat, hi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, little garden and private parking. Deposit euro 100 (left on arrival by guests, it will be given back on their departure). Electricity, running water, gas, cleaning and weekly bed and bathroom linens included in the price. From November to April the guests will pay on arrival 50€ for the central heating. <br>
