Position Do you want the maximum from your holiday? You don't feel that comfort, elegance, beauty and services are enough but you are also looking for privacy and tranquility? This villa, unique for position and history, guarantees all these features and even more. Situated in a 27.000 sq mt park where it is possible to admire examples of rare trees such as the Gingko biloba, unfortunately a species in danger of extinction. To stroll in such a park is as pleasant as to take a swim in the large sea water swimming-pool at your disposition. If you prefer you can also sun bathe on the sand and rock beach that is for the exclusive use of yourself and the guests of the adjacent luxury hotel (***** stars). If you wish you can taste fish specialites or a pizza in the restaurant on the beach or even lunch in the hotel. Regarding the hotel, even having your own privacy, you can still take advantage of all the services that it offers to its guests: bar and snacks by the pool, breakfast on a panoramic terrace and bar on the same terrace with live music every evening. Sorrento, with its boutiques, nightclubs and entertainment is close by. We will not add more and leave you to discover all that is missing from this description from the photographs. Typology The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor is an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living-room with TV plus a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor are two double bedrooms having direct access to a small terrace furnished with table and deck-chairs, follow a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower. Sleeps 4. Services included in the price Water, electricity, gas, cooker and oven, washing-machine, TV, weekly cleaning and change of linen, air conditioning and heating, car parking, access to the swimming-pool of the hotel with included a sun bed or deck-chair and a beach towel. The swimming-pool is opened from April to September. Services not included in the price Euro 12,00 per person for access to private beach included in the price are sun bed or deck-chair, beach towel and sun-shade.
