On the ground floor large lounge with fireplace, small dining room, equipped kitchen, spare room, two bathrooms, patio and garden. On the first floor 2 suites composed of double bedrooms and baby?s rooms, a bed room with twin beds, and another 2 bathrooms. On the mansard floor a double suite with fireplace and bathroom. On the attic floor, laundry and a sun terrace with sea view. Cosy and well decorated with antique and modern furniture. The villa has an independent entrance with automatic gate. Services - Heating - Private parking - Colour TV - Cradle - Private sandy beach and rocks (equipped with 2 deckchairs, bed and umbrella, tended from 15/6 to 15/9). On payment Services - Beds if more than 6 people, excursion on yacht (14.5 m.) with sailor and captain - Car hire with chauffer - Cook. Information - Bar, tobacconist and newsagent 200 m. away - Restaurants and shops at 500 m. - Railway station and town centre 900 m. away. Between June and September a minimum stay of 7 nights is required (shorter stays on request). <br>
