The building where AC Ciudad de Sevilla is located was built in 1927 by architect Vicente Traver as part of an ensemble of residential houses designed on the occasion of the 1927 Universal Exhibition. The hotel is in one of the most emblematic residential areas in the city, -Avenida Manuel Siurot and between the streets of Cardenal Ilundain and Juan Lara Nieto. Renovated in 1998, the hotel has 94 rooms, some of which are junior and presidential suites. There is a wide TV choice in the rooms as well as two telephones and computer and fax connection. Very close to Plaza de España and Parque de María Luisa, it is also near the historical centre of the city.
