The hotel is located on the Mar Menor, on the edge of the dunes and salt flats of the regional park of San Pedro de Pinatar. Alicante airport is 60km away and San Javier de Murcia is 7km from the hotel. The average annual temperature of the region is 18ºC with more than 315 days of sun per year. There are 6km of fine, sandy virgin beaches on the Mediterranean Sea and 4km of quiet beaches on the Mar Menor. The 80 double rooms and the 8 Junior Suites are fitted with air conditioning, full bathroom with hair drier, Sat TV, piped music, safe, telephone, mini-bar and terrace. The 36 apartments recently build, have one bedroom with 2 beds, full bathroom, living room with equipped kitchenette with breakfast bar, sofa bed, terrace or balcony. The hotel and the apartment complex have 2 swimming pools (one for adults and the other for children), 24 h reception, underground parking, restaurant / buffet with food cooked to order, cafeteria.
