La Forestière, situated on the edge of the St Germain forest, looks like a fiamily country home. It follows the rhythm and the ever changing seasons and colors of the Ile de France skies. Surrounded by the park trees, La Forestière has 25 rooms and 5 apartments, all of high quality, some with balcony, some with private terrace.. The rooms at La Forestière are unique and offer a delightfully cozy atmosphere. Each room has a different decor, just the right blend of charm and modern comfort, each decor expressing its very own personality. We have not overlooked the functional aspects either (each room is equipped with television, TV satellite, canal+ TV, direct telephone, mini bar, safe and hair dryer). Although you can feel the closeness of nature even in Wintertime in front of the fireplaces, one never tires of lunching in the garden, in the shade of the acacia trees, when sunny days allow. Chef G.balland’s cuisine offers seasonal products including a few dishes from the Cazaudehore’s native region of the Southwest of France. His cuisine, somewhere between tradition and inventiveness, reflects our closeness to nature, authenticity and balance. You will be delighted by our refined decor, a subtle blend of family heirlooms : objects, furniture and paintings. Here tradition is deeply rooted. Let us organize for you : Receptions from 10 to 140 persons Four dining rooms opening onto the surrounding nature Day seminars or residential seminars for up to 40 participants Three natural lighting meeting rooms equipped with paper board, slide projector and desk pad. Possibility of access to a private sports club (with entrance fee) : squash, sauna, fitness, Turkish bath and body building.<br>
