Position This small villa has not got every modern comfort but has some rare antique furnishings and is located in a stupendous position: looking across the roof tops to the waters of the Bay of Salerno. The beach of Fornillo is easly reached either on foot or by lift. Positano is one of the world-famous places where only the privileged few are lucky enough to find lodgings! The front courtyard of this small villa is planted with lemon trees and flowers. The terrace dominates Positano and when the moon rises above the sea it's like being in an enchanted fairytale. The villa is reached in about two/four minutes by going down a carachteristic steps that lead from the only road that runs through Positano. The centre with it's boutiques and restaurants is close by. Pay parking on the road or in a car-park. Typology From a small gateway you enter an area with lemon trees and flowers having on the left hand side a small kitchen. The small villa is composed of: a small living-room ( possibility of sleeping one person) and a panoramic terrace. A panoramic double bedroom follows and another rooms with double bed settee and a small sitting-room both having access to a pretty internal courtyard. The property has two bathrooms: however one is a service bathroom with no hot water. Sleeps 3; with bed settee 5. Services included in the price Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, fridge, cooker and oven, washing-machine and TV. <br>
