Our villa is located in Meran in the residential area known as Maia Alta, or Obermais, in a sunny and very quiet part of town, surrounded by orchards, vineyards and parks, with a lovely view to the mountains in all directions. It is only a fifteen-minute walk to the center of town. In the lovely hotel park you will find a seasonally heated swimming pool with special resistance swimming flows, large, sunny grassy lawns and an inviting terrace. Enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet after a day full of activities, in our tastefully appointed rooms. From your balcony you can take in the lovely view over the city and the entire surrounding area, known as the Burgraviato or Burggrafenamt. Every room has a bathtub or shower and WC, radio, balcony, private safe and telephone facilities. <br>
