Typology You reach the villa going down 6 steps and you enter an area furnished with good taste that is divided in a living-room area and a dining-room area. From the living area brightned by a panoramic arched window you have access to an ample terrace, overlooking the island of Capri, equipped with sun-beds, swing-chair, table and chairs. In the living-room area there are also two bed settees. From the dining-room area you have access to the kitchen. A corridor leads to the night area composed of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All the bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace! There are two bathrooms: one with shower and the other-one with bath. Sleeps 7; on request with bed settees 10. Services included in the price Water, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, cooker and oven, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, washing-machine, dish-washer, satellite Tv, iron and ironing board, stereo with CD player, air conditioning and heating, barbecue on the terrace, 4 sun-beds near the beach, use of rowing boat and a pedalò shared with the guests of the next door villa (have a look at reference V435). Services not included in the price Electricity (Euro 0,25 per Kw), extra people to sleep in the bed settees and other services on request. Position Sammontano is a private estate by the sea halfway between Sorrento and Massa-Lubrense. You can reach both areas in a few minutes by car/bus. The estate is composed of villas and apartments and the one we are proposing is a few meters away from another villa we manage (have a look at reference V435). Very characteristic is the arched panoramic window that you have in the living area. From the same living area, you have access to an ample terrace with view of the island of Capri, equipped with sun-beds, swing-chair, table and chairs. At about 5 minutes walk is a small pebble and rocky beach where you have free of charge the use of sun-beds, a rowing boat and a pedalò that you share with the guests of the other villa (have a look at ref. V435). Bus stop at the entrance to the estate. <br>
