Typology The villa is composed of two double bedrooms having direct access to a 40 sq mt terrace with sea view, a living-room with an arched window with magnificent panoramic view over the sea furnished with a double bed settee, a single bed settee and a fireplace, another bedroom with two beds, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower and the other one shower only) and also included is the use of the garden with gazebo and barbecue. Sleeps 6; on request with bed settees 9. Services included in the price Water, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, cooker and oven, microwave oven, fridge, washing-machine, dish-washer, iron and ironing-board, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, satellite TV, stereo with CD player, air conditioning and heating, barbecue, three sun-beds on the beach, use of rowing boat and pedalò. Services not included in the price Electricity ( Euro 0,25 per kw), exta people to sleep in the bed-settes and other services on request. Position This villa is located in a private estate by the sea built half way between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense and for this reason at a few minutes by bus or car from both locations. To reach the villa characterized by well furnished, bright and airy rooms you have to go down 25 steps. The villa has every modern comfort, a terrace with sea view of 40 sq mt equipped with table and chairs and access to a garden having a gazebo, table, chairs and a barbecue. The villa is at about 5 minutes walk from the sea front and a small pebble beach. On the beach and included in the price are available sun beds, a rowing boat and a pedalò. At the top of the road for this private estate there is the bus stop for Sorrento. <br>
