Position This villa faces the enchanting bay of Nerano and is immersed between trees, terraces, lawns, climbing plants and tropical plants displaying many colours and perfumes. It has two covered terraces and two open ones, equipped with deckchairs, garden umbrellas, small tables and a gazebo. It is of a good size (sleeps 8+2) and is equipped with all comforts including central heating which makes it habitable even in winter. During the summer ceiling fans are in operation. The beach, restaurants and shops at a distance of 500 metres. Boats can be hired from the beach for exploring the nearby marine reserve at leranto, the splendid Amalfi coast and Capri. At a distance of 400 metres there is a scuba-diving centre for diving enthusiasts which rents out wetsuits and oxygen cylinders and can also supply instructors. Parking for 3 cars. Bus for Sorrento at approx. 100 metres. Typology The villa is approached by a private lane lined with climbing plants. The front door opens directly into a large lounge with fireplace, bed settee, satellite TV and stereo. Various French windows lead out onto three panoramic terraces. On this floor there is a cloakroom, store room and an equipped kitchen with access to one of the terraces. An internal staircase leads to the first floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin rooms - or 3 double and 1 twin room) and a shower room. Sleeps 8 (10 on request). Services included in the price Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, pizza oven, barbecue, 2 refrigerators, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo, 2 satellite TVs, ceiling fans during the summer season and automated central heating during the winter (6 hours per day) parking for 3/4 cars. <br>
