Luminous apartment with stunning views of the rear mountains, Casa Rosen is located in one of the oldest quarters of Gubbio. As you enter the building you will find yourself immersed in medieval times. Greeted by a lovely courtyard, complete with colourful flowers and a gorgeous pond, you pass through the atrium made of solid, thick, stone walls and wooden beams which align the ceiling. Here you will find a beautiful hand painted fresco referring to the 4 hundreds period, belonging to one of the most important Eugubino painters of those times. Completely refurbished, internally and externally, the top floor has a gracious “open space” area which functions both as a kitchen and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped whereas the lounge area is furnished with a comfy sofa bed for two, with respective antique arm chairs.The bedrooms are large in size and reflect the old, classic rooms of a time with thick walls and terracotta tiles. Casa Rosen is an apartment fitted to whose who like to leave in a medieval structure of this beautiful town.<br>
