The Bosone Palace has been restored in what was the original Raffaelli Palace. This old patrician family counted among its members two great figures: Ungaro Bosone and Novello Bosone. To the last one Petrarca dedicated the sonnet 'Spirito Gentil'. He received Dante Alighieri as a guest in his Palace. The building is located in the historic center of Gubbio, few steps away from Piazza della Signoria and all the main attractions. There are also two suites in Renaissance style with some impressive frescos in their vaulted ceilings. Breakfast is served in a lovely room with frescos on the ceiling. The restaurant Taverna del Lupo and Bosone Garden, owned by the Mencarelli family, are located a walking distance from the Hotel.<br>
