Razza del Casalone is a beautyful and elegant farmhouse, just restored, located in South Tuscany - Maremma. along the road which connect Grosseto with Marina di Grosseto (a village along the sea). The farmhouse is at the gates of the town: here you can have all facilities of the town (tennis courtyards, mini-football and skating on the other side of the street, shopping centre at 800 meters, hippodrome with riding in the evening at 500 meters, etc), and the nature's green space; from the farmhouse to the sea (8-9 km) there is all country with open fields. It is in the ideal place to start for a journey; for nature lovers: very near at Natural Park of Maremma (it is extended from Principina Mare to Talamone); the natural Park on Amiata Mountain (Arcidosso) at 50 Km, WWF Oasis of Giannella and Burano's lake at 40/50 Km, CARAPAX CENTRE (park with turtles) 40 Km. Archaeological centres: Roselle at 7 Km, and Vetulonia at 15 Km, Talamone 20 Km, Cosa 50 Km. Thermal sites: Petriolo 40 Km, Saturnia 50 Km. You can visit Giglio and Giannutri isles, starting from Porto Santo Stefano - Monte Argentario (THE SILVER COAST). The sea is at 8-9 Km from Razza del Casalone (10 minutes by car). The nearest town is Grosseto; the historic centre is at 2 Km. In farmhouse there is a shaded park in a pine wood-oak wood with tables and chairs available for our hosts; it is very good to spend the hottest summer hours. Apartments are connected with the private parking by a beautiful cypress Haley; the exit with automatic gate is on the way of the sea Guests of our farmhouses have especial prices eating in the typical restaurants of the zone in convention with RAZZA DEL CASALONE.<br>
