Residence "Klara" is located in Consigliodi Rumo- Gravedona. The two-storey block of 10 flats, each with own independent entrance, is surrounded by a fenced garden, with parking area. Apartment S): The apartment on the second floor 80 m2, (4+2 persons), is accurately furnished. It is on the second floor and consists of a large living room sofa-double TV, with open kitchen, a bathroom with wash-basin, shower, bidet and toilet. The upper floor with a mansard has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Bathroom with wash-basin, bidet and toilet. Big wardrobe and sliding doors keep separate the two bedrooms. Apartment G): The ground floor flat, 70 m2 (4 persons), includes: living room furnished with sofa TV , with open kitchen; double bed room facing the garden, bathroom with shower, wash-basin, bidet, and toilet. On the basement there is a large bedroom with two single beds. There are other apartments to the Residence Klara. The two can be rented together and therefore be suitable for larger groups. Stays weeklies from saturday to saturday. Residence Klara is surrounded by a garden with private parking . Small balcony with a beautiful view onto the lake and mountains. Gravedona is a small lively village with a beautiful centre, harbour, beaches, tennis, swimming-pool, and playgrounds for children. The mountains at the back of the village are ideal for trekking and excursions. In winter instead you can get easily famous resort for skiing, like St. Moritz or Madesimo (1 hour) and Bormio (2 hours). <br>
