The exclusive village is located directly on the sea, on the north east cost of Sardinia, scattered in a luxuriant park facing the beautiful Caddinas bay, 2 Km away from the Golfo Aranci Port and 20 Km away from Olbia - Costa Smeralda airport. The village consists of typical, granite little buildings (maximal beach distance 80 m), with direct dial telephone, SATTV set, safe, hairdryer, terrace or balcony, surrounded by the beautiful local trees and bushes, with a wonderful golden private beach, a large swimming pool and 2 tennis courts. All the exceptionally high standard apartments are scattered in the luxuriant park (maximal beach distance 80 m) and are fully equipped with direct dial telephone, SATTV -set, safe, hairdryer. STUDIO x 2: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace, AIR CONDITIONING. STUDIO x 2/3: same as studio x 2, plus let down single bed in the living room. TWO-ROOM x 2/4: either accommodation in apartment with a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, entrance room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, AIR CONDITIONING, balcony or terrace; OR accommodation in small independent cottage with living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, sleeping room with double bed, bathroom with shower, terrace. TWO-ROOM x 4/5: large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, single let down bed (except one unit), sleeping room with double bed, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace. Some apartments are directly on the beach, others are 50 m from the beach away with AIR CONDITIONING. THREE -ROOM x 6: large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, sleeping room with bunk bed, sleeping room with double bed, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace. INCLUDED: swimming pool, beach umbrellas and sun beds by the swimming pool and by the internal beach, BABY CLUB (3-10), ENTERTAINMENT and SPORT PROGRAMME. The village also offers a refined restaurant with typical regional specialities as well as Italian cuisine and wines, 2 bars, automatic laundry, garage, and a private harbour (starting point for a guided visit by boat to the archipelago of Maddalena and other beautiful islands). Thanks to our diving club (international licences to all levels), it's possible to discover the beautiful depths of Sardinia. <br>
