In the heart of Folgaria, in the fabulous setting of the Trentino tablelands is situated the Hotel Stella d’Italia. The rooms are furnished according to the Trentin tradition so as to re-create the overwhelming warmth of the mountain dwellings and to enjoy all the details which can make them more comfortable. The refined cookery of the hotel is helped also by the attention paid to the choice dishes proposed at the two restaurants: “Depero”, reserved to the hotel guests, and “La Carrozza”, ideal place for banquets, business lunches, parties and romantic dinners by candlelight. At both the restaurants it is possible to enjoy the gastronomy specialties of Trentino cookery as well as the traditional dishes of international cookery with excellent wine. As the home made ice-creams of Trentino are well-known throughout the world, our guests are invited to try them in the cosy coffee-house with sun-terrace facing the promenade of Folgaria; the coffee-house is also attended by all the greedy guests of the village. Thanks to several special offers of stays-holidays, at the Hotel Stella d’Italia kindness, quality and reliability express themselves thanks to a wide range of very profitable proposals for those who decide to travel in a group or with their families. The hotel has already been the place where international scientific conventions have taken place; it is equipped for the organization of meetings, congresses and business conventions thanks to its wide hall which can hold 100 seats. Thanks to the direct access to the close Congress Hall all the facilities can be improved and 400 seats more can be added. The exhibition area of about 100 sq. mt. makes the congress facilities of the hotels Stella d’Italia complete and versatile. Winter season: minimum stay 7 nights, from Sunday to Sunday.<br>
