On the ground floor with its own independent entrance this apartment is indicated to those who wants “the real experience” of living Florence as a native. By the apartment a great variety of restaurants, “trattorie” and facilities of all kind will make your stay unforgettable. As you enter in the apartment, this nice hallway welcomes you with a nice illumination and a relaxing feeling. A white dominant color and a sober decoration are the essence of this apartment. An open space with arches and a modern style. This apartment has been completely remodeled by an architect in 1999. It has been our first apartment and we are proud of it. You will not easily forget your stay in this lovely apartment. The living area of the apartment. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed that easily sleeps two. You will find it the perfect solution if you are planning to save a bit money without loosing the comforts. The kitchen corner completely equipped with all the necessary to cook your meals features full stove with 4 burners, microwave and American coffee maker. One step up and you are on your way to the bedroom but not yet !. in this little corridor you will find a useful storage area where is all the necessary for the apartment’s maintenance. If you wish not use our cleaning service here you will find all the material to do the little daily cleaning of the apartment. The bedroom is large, comfortable and well lit. You will find this room cleaned and spotless and you will enjoy relaxing long nights. The bed is a king size bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress. The huge closet has enough space for your winter, or summer outfits. The room beside featuring AC has a very pleasant view onto the Salesiani’s church. A very useful little storage area has been thoughts for your suitcases. The bathroom is actually very big for an apartment of small size. Decorated with light tiling you will find it large and even equipped with an hand towel dryer. The shower with a full shower box is huge. Completely carved in the rock and really big.
