Hotel Poiano is surrounded by 60 hectares of Mediterranean vegetation (palm trees, olive trees, vineyards, oleander bushes and cypress trees) with a stunning view of Lake Garda, just 2 km away. The 4 star hotel with 91 rooms and 160 comfortable apartments, swimming pool (50 m x 25 m), six clay tennis courts (four with night-time lighting), American tennis school (Peter Burwash International), sauna, children’s playground, market, astro-turf five-a-side football pitch (40 m x 25 m), volleyball and a range of entertainment programmes all guarantee the ideal holiday. At the entrance to the hotel a modern porter’s lodge with electrically controlled barriers ensures the safety and privacy of guests staying in the hotel and apartments. The reception desk, foyer, TV lounge, bar, breakfast room and restaurant, with panoramic terrace, are all located in the main building. The bright and airy TV room has a fabulous view and provides the perfect environment for guests looking for peace and quiet. "Standard" rooms The "Standard" rooms in the main building all have a balcony with a view of the lake or of the hills beyond. They are furnished with flair and an eye for detail and provide every possible comfort. All the rooms have: hydro massage shower (some with bathtub), hair dryer, telephone, colour television, minibar, air conditioning and balcony. Superior" rooms A romantic, shady and flower-lined path leads to the two buildings housing the "Superior" rooms. The separate reserved car parks for the "Superior" rooms are adjacent to these buildings. Guests are greeted by magnificent green foliage at the entrance to the "Superior" rooms. The "Superior" rooms, situated about 250 metres from the main building, are spacious rooms (around 37 square metres) with wicker furniture. They all face the lake and have a small lounge with a double sofabed. “Superior” rooms have a modern fine marble bathroom with a bath and shower. All "Superior" rooms have a bath/shower, hair dryer, telephone, colour television, minibar, air conditioning and furnished balcony or terrace.<br>
