Recently restored, these apartments, all with their own gardens and entrances, stand about 20 m from the main house, an old farmhouse where the owner lives. The rustic garden with aromatic plants is perfectly in tune with the surrounding countryside; the vineyards, olive groves, fruit orchards and tall trees, which endow vast areas of shade. A small lake that is home to frogs that in summer, together with the crickets, lift the warm nights. Just 4km from the medieval town of Cetona, in a tranquil and open position, in a richly green area and a short distance from all the significant Italian centres of art and history, like Rome, Florence, Arezzo, Orvieto, and Perugia. At the same time it€s only 10km from the famous health spa Fonteverde at San Casciano dei Bagni that has an elegant, 37° thermal pool. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and the interior paint colours are like unique and refined jewels, which create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.
