The Podere Piettorri consists of three wonderful Tuscan farm houses, named Piettorri, Mulino e Villino, newly and completely restored with respect of the Tuscan tradition. They are set in a large green area of about 20.000 m². The property offers 12 apartments, which can accommodate up to 8 people. The three farmhouses share the swimming pool, a large covered parking and a laundry room. Open air barbecue, wood-burning oven, cool patios with wooden garden furniture are also at guests disposal, as well as a private lake for fishing.The Podere Piettorri is located only 3 km from the lovely medieval village of Monteguidi, nestled on the hills in the Siena district, next to Casole d'Elsa.Each flat has a kitchen equipped with a cooker with two or four burners, a double sink and a fridge, as well as its own gas boiler for heating and hot water, private bathroom/s, a large kitchenette and a living room. Moreover, some apartments are provided with a small air-conditioning system. The furniture in traditional Tuscan style and the wrought iron beds give a pleasant refined homely atmosphere.<br>
