One bedroom is wheelchair friendly, indoor parking available and courtyard patios. Some bedrooms available with patio view. Reservations and cancellation policy: For all reservation a valid credit card number and expiration date is required. A deposit will be automatically billed to your credit card as follow: 1 night stay:The total amount of the roomnight will be charged. For multiple nights: 30% of the stay will be charged. Cancellation policy: Cancellation at no penalty from the reservation date untill 15 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. From 15 days to 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the stay is due if the hotel is not able to ressell the room(s). From 7 days to the arrival date, 100% of the stay is due if the hotel is not able to ressell the room(s). Cancellations on the day of arrival and after 12:00 pm will be charged at 100%. In case of a unexpected departure, 100% of the remaining stay will be charged, except if agreed by the management. Cancellations must be proceed via the hotel internet online reservation system, using the confirmation code.
