Our residence is in the most exclusive and elegant area in Buenos Aires, La Lucila, to few blocks of the Presidential Residence and 20 meters of the Quinta Anchorena. Located in a picturesque one cul-de-sac, our residence is a wide and comfortable house, of great category, surrounded by a pretty garden with pool, vegetable garden and quincho for roasted. Their characteristics of width, brightness, tranquility, security, distinction and conservation transform it into the ideal place to enjoy an excellent demurrage in Buenos Aires. Inside the house, in their low plant, we have a wide living dining room in L with difference, a great daily dining room that is integrated to the kitchen, a reception toilette and triple dependences of service. In the high plant we have 4 wide bedrooms with parquet floor, all with exits to terraces and balconies, set very warmly. Two of them are in suite, with important vestidores with natural light and conditioned air. The other ones two have big placards and they share a bathroom.<br>
