Villa La Massa is a Medician villa built in the 16th century by the powerful several Aristochratic Familes Pecori-Giraldi resided here. In 1948 Villa La Massa was transformed into a luxury hotel. Some of its fomous guests were Clark Gable, Wiston Churchill, Elizabet Taylor e Richard Burton, Barbara Hutton e David Niven. Recently David Bowie and Iman rented the entire villa for their wedding. There are 34 guest rooms, consisting of 2 Singles, 17 Doubles/Twins, 8 Junior Suites and 10 Suites. All rooms feature antique furniture and are decorated in the classic Tuscan Villa style.
