The estate is composed of the main house and two annexes for a total of 26 bedrooms with the possibility of lodging in single-rooms, double- rooms,junior-suites. Each room fournished with antique-trade carefully selected for each room, provides a panoramic view of the Basilica of S.Francis, of the two fortresses, and obviously all modern comforts. As far as relaxing is concerned,you can benefit of the large estate for taking your healthy walks, of the large swimming- pool, of mountain-bikes, of golf (at 13 Km.) tennis and football (at 3 Km.) courts. Add to all this there is the opportunity of visiting many close historical towns as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Todi, Gubbio and Orvieto in the middle of an area full of art: you can join all them in a short time. By car From North: Autostrada del Sole (A1) Exit casello di Valdichiana Superstrada for Perugia-Assisi-Foligno. S.S. 75 exit for FIR Ospedalicchio. From South: Autostrada del Sole (A1) Exit Roma-Orte. By Train: Via Roma-Firenze (Terontola Perugia) By Airplane: S. Egidio (a 8 km da Assisi). <br>
